M/s. POWERTECH TRADING & CONTRACTING, DOHA QATAR. agrees to sell goods to us on days credit. I /We undertake to indemnify any loss suffered by them on account of any fault that may arise out of such trade operations between us. This include payment of interest at 12% per annum for any delays in payment beyond the credit period specified above.

We hereby undertake to fully honor the payment terms mentioned in the LPOs issued by our company irrespective of the signatory(s) in the LPO. The LPO herein means Local Purchase Order (copy / fax / email / original).

Changes, if any, in the above mentioned information will be intimated to you immediately in writing and with reference to changes in the constitution we will inform you in advance in writing prior to effecting changes, along with new sets of Documentation and this will remain in force, and we would stand binding for all liabilities until the New Credit Application is approved in such event.
